Our Team
We are a warm, friendly and highly skilled team that creates a welcoming environment for all children and their families.
We recognise that high quality education and care requires skilled educators who are qualified, understanding, knowledgeable, present, committed, dedicated and nurturing individuals and we are committed to recruiting and retaining educators who demonstrate these skills, as well as investing in educators’ growth through a vast range of professional development opportunities.
We hold high expectations for our educators to ensure they are aligned with our values, beliefs, and this philosophy to provide the highest level of care for the children.
We as educators, see ourselves as co-researchers and partners in learning alongside the children.
We will allow children to ask their own questions, through exploration and discovery, generating many open-ended possibilities.
We will also encourage and challenge children to influence and guide our own pedagogical practices in our daily routines and experiences

Our Management
We believe in the power of our community, starting with a strong management committee who are committed to providing a high-quality service for our local community and strive for continuous improvement, through positive and collaborative involvement with our leadership staffing team and our families.
Wattle holds an Annual General Meeting in December each year and invites all enrolled families to join the Association and nominate for a committee position for the following calendar year. Without a committee, there would be no Wattle!
